I'd say flower em up, looks like they may be stretching a bit, you may be able to lower your light, whats your wattage, how far from the canopy is it?

400w hps my cindy99s are about 2.5 ft tall and the rest are about 1.5 ft i have been trying to keep the light as close as I can but the taller ones are making that difficult

I have the light as close to the taller ones as I could get it without it touching or burning

I hear ya, I had the same problem, I would go ahead and flower em, you can LST the taller ones and drop your light down, that will help you get a bit denser buds. Do you have good odor reduction and ventilation? Do you know your temps and humidity? All in all from the pics you look pretty good, i'm sure if you were having any major problems a guru from this site would let ya know, there pretty good here learned a LOT!

Ya, thats pretty much what I did, just be gentle with em, you don't have to pull all the way down at once, you can slowly do it over a week or so until you get em where you want em. Then you may have to adjust as you go, they typically grow another 1/3 give or take during flower and bush out!
