First grow ( DWC hydroponic setup) autoflower*Blue Himalaya*

hey guys, this will be my first grow!!! however, b4 i get started, i have a couple questions:
1. i plan on using CFL's on a 20/4 schedule. however i don't know what kind of CFL's to purchase, so if u can please help me out and tell me some CFL's (watt/spectrum/lumens) that will make my first grow come out looking great :) **remember these are for autoflowering strains and the setup only consists of only one plant at a time in a small part of a closet**
2. is it wise to start the seedling with little/no nutrients for the first 1-2 weeks?

thank you in advance :):joint: :joint:

with auto-flowering plants iv heard and seen that its best to do 12/12 all the time. And i do something that not alot of people do, and thats i start my seedlings with 1/4 rooting nutes. I find that this small increase of nutes for the roots makes the seedling grow at a much faster rate, but it dose not experience nute poisoning, and nute poisoning is the main reason why you dont give seedlings nutes lol.

They are auto flowering plants so you should get some 2700k 85-150cw mini spiral CFLS. of course the lower the watts on the bulbs you get, the more you need. If its for one plant i would make 200w your goal since your in a small space.

MAKE SURE YOU HAVE FANS/AIR VENTS!!!!!! you have to have atleast one exhaust fan, and one intake fan/intake vent. You have to create a current of fresh air flowing through the grow area. I would also recommend some circulating fans too, my grow case has 1 intake/ 1exhaust fan, and 2 circulatory fans (one cools lights and simulates air current, the other blows directly on the plant)
