-FIRST GROW-Dutch Passion White Widow £200 Budget

Hello People at Rollitup.com ive spent my whoole day yesterday buying equipment, researching and building my growroom. I have gone with Dutch Passions strain of White Widow as it is easy to grow but gives a high quality yield. I will be germinating in Rockwool cubes under sunlight and moving to the sexy new grow room under a 600 Watt HPS light please look at piccies.

At present i only have my phone camera which has strage lines appearing when the hps light is turned on.

My 200 pound budget was spent as follows:

Ballast + Light 30
5 Fem seeds 45
Fertiliser 20
Nutrients 40
Timer 20
relay 30
Ph Tester 5
3X 10L Pots +
2X 2L Pots +
Rockwool 10

I would love any constructive comments

ive tested the ph level of my grow cube and it is PH Neutral is this alright for seedlings or is it important that i change? also i think the light, although powerful for seedlings needs to be closer what do you guys think

7 Days since plants have been potted and there is so much to tell...
one of the five plants had the shell caught around the first leaves and i scratched them trying to pry the shell open
with the bad news over the overall outlook is brilliant the 3 plants in 10L pots have doubled in width everyday from the third day of potting, i was a little worried at first that they were growing far too straggly but after the initial spurt the first set of leaves are bushing out and a small second set have appeared.

i have the lights set up to turn off at 11am and back on at 5pm this is good because the average temp. is much more stable when i can turn the lights off during the summer sun which also means the lights are on overnight when the temp. drops this is good for conditions but i'm worried about police seeing such a large bill used overnight any thoughts people???

Added another side of reflective sheeting and thinking of closing it up completely if i can mastermind some form of ventilation/extraction.

P.S you may notice i have some new toys

Can we get an update? I'm very interested in that particular strain(Dutch Passion's White Widow) as I'm thinking about buying some seeds.
