First Grow - Couple Questions

This is my first grow room, I plan on growing 4 plants for my first time. Ak48, super skunk, ny power diesel, and white widow. All feminized.

I've cut a window fan in two, and wired the two fans up accordingly. The bottom right fan is intake, top left is exhaust. I think they are the perfect size.

The small room will be lined with black and white poly.

My question is this...

Should the fans be turned on with the timer, and with the light? or should they be on all the time, even during sleep time?

all the time man, but you're not going to create a vacume with two fans of the same rating. Your exaust needs to be higher than your intake. How are you filtering this air?

i would rethink ur fans u only need a good exaust fan as it blows air out of the room it also sucks air threw a smaller intake making a vacume sealed room
