look good, and yea guess your harvest window is open, and the next 1-2 week`s (longer you wait the more heavy smoke so to speak)

and yes yellow leaves is normal near the end (just as the nature at fall) tho you can keep em green more or less to the end (some yellow bottom leave`s and colors of the top leaves is still normal) with good results, try not to cut your N completely next run (still cut the nuts near the end and use clean water to "flush" the soil a bit)

good, no need to over do it IMO, just use clean water last week, guess thats one last watering for you ? but in your case it look like the plant is flushed plenty
I useally try to keep em green until week 7 or so, then use clan water last week or two and let em use up what ever left in the soil (the yellow you see, is the plant eating up stored food in its fan leave`s start at bottom, works its way up as there is`t any/much left in your medium)
