First grow / Begginer ( Snow White Feminized )

Dear users,
In few days my seeds will arrive this is my first grow so please advise.
I will plant all 5 seeds.Until now I bought the following tools :
[FONT=Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif]
Easy Kit 400W HPS + Sonlight AGRO 400W
CELLMAX Leaf Spray 0,5L
CELLMAX Universal Soil 50L
Square Pot 11L - 22x22x26cm ( 5 pieces )

High performance Fan GROWTECH 12 x 12cm 220-240V
PH/umidity/lumens Analogue Meter
CellMax Soil Grow Mix 1L
Segmental Timer STEP 15min
Grow Tent 120 X 120 X 200

Any other tools I need to buy ?
Any idea how to administer this type of nutrients and when ?
I intend to germinate the seeds and put them under the soil and keep them dark until they get out.
After that I will put them on 18/6 for the rest of vegetative period.
After they germinate i`m thinking of putting them directly in the 11L pots.Is this a problem ?
I can also create a grow journal here after the seeds arrive.

use ya loaf - read the labels, that stuff ([FONT=Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif]CELLMAX Leaf Spray[/FONT]) is a waste of money if you ask me, should of got some bio-bizz (grow + bloom)

a 1L (each) bottle of grow and bloom will be plenty

OK, I will order them right now.
Is there any 100 % safe method for self-watering the soil of my plants ?
Maybe I want to leave the city for few days, and I want to make sure they will survive.

but then you gonna need a shit load of other stuff to get them up and running properly....

if its only a few days you could probably get away with feeding them before you go

They look nice.. I will think of it next month...i`m thinking of leaving the country for Christmas so I must figure out something.
By the way, the Timer Contactor.....is it mandatory ? I mean it happens a lot for timers to melt ?

them timers arent designed to handle the load off an hps lamp when it fires up, so yes i would certainly get one.

Will this work for a 120 X 120 X 200 Homebox with 400 W light ?
