First Grow - Bagseed - Starting Indoor moving Outdoor

I tried an outdoor grow last year that started growing but I just put them in dirt about a half inch down and didn't provide any nutes or anything. Then I went away for a week during the summer at 100 degree weather and they were all dead when i came back. So this time I am hoping to get them to grow.

I germinated my seeds for about 5 days and each seed has a root from about 2 inches-5 inches from the bottom of the cracked seed. I put about 30 seeds in about 21 cups with most cups only having 1 seed. I have two 23 watt CFL's about 5 inches above the plants right now. I plan on getting two more lights and some mylar to wrap around the inside of the cabinet. I should be getting this stuff before this weekend.

I only want to grow indoors for about 3-4 weeks then I am moving them outdoors after all the snow is finally gone and the ground drys up a little. I cant keep them all indoors because my grow space is limited and my parents are too involved for me to grow plants indoors for any longer then a month.

I plan on doing 24-0 for the first two weeks and then dropping down to 18-6 to promote some more root growth before they get moved outdoors.

I want to get some Black Gold for my soil im transplanting the seeds into after the month.

This will be updated constantly however if anyone has any advice for a very inexperienced grower it'd be greatly appreciated.

Also if anyone has any experience using CFL's I would appreciate it if you could tell me the average height of your plants after 3 weeks and after a month.

It's always a good idea to grow random bag seed outdoors so you are off on the right foot. Rule of thumb for indoors you ither want a clone or female seeds....Yes I have done bagseed and got females before but I have also had all males and it sucks paying a elec. bill to grow out a male. Good luck.
