First Grow. Are these pistils?

Tiny things with orange/white tips. First grow. More or less winging it, what do ya think?

What are they then, just random protrusions from the stem of the plant?

I don't remember what they're called but they aren't pistils. If you notice, there are a pair of those on every node.

are pistils even SMALLER than these tiny things? and how much longer before i can sex these

and i think theyre called stipules

pistils are long and thin. And white.
And you can sex the plant whenever you want.

The pistils start out smaller than those but they get way bigger.
