Another update - is it February yet?? Not even close. Anyway, things are starting to looking good with AMS #1 and there is new growth on AMS #2 and #3, very small growth, but new growth nonetheless. I think that the foliage spray with Epsom salt along with the bottled water, is doing the trick. There does not seem to be any new damage on AMS #1, but will keep a close eye on it.

The first Cosmic Night that went into the Dixie cup is just about to sprout out of the soil and I have good expectations for these ones. I put 6 seeds more into dixie cups that had a tap root on them.

Well, that's all for now and thanks for stopping by to read this grow journal.

Things are starting to look good with AMS #1, but now it seems that AMS #2 is not doing much of anything and #3 does seem to have a little more growth on it. :blsmoke: I am still spraying the leaves with water and Epsom salt an will continue until I am sure that there is no more rust colored spots forming, but I think she is going to be just fine.

As you can see, Cosmic Nights #1 has sprouted and is doing just fine. I imagine that the first two oval leaves will open by tomorrow.

That is all.

This should be a good crop.

And though the cone is cool, there's nothing that will cement sex on a first date like a tulip. I can roll those up like a champ. The great thing is: If she hates stoners and walks out, you just got some bonus weed.

No, the tulip really never has worked. But it will one day.

Well, I'm really pissed because I was just about to post this update and my computer froze and I lost everything I wrote.

Update agian:

AMS #1 is doing real good and continues to grow and get better. AMS #2 is still real small. AMS #3 is now growing a little more. Cosmic #1 is about to extend it's oval leaves and I'll bet it overtakes the others in a few weeks.

All the other seeds are crap. Most of them have the tap root showing, if only o tiny sliver, but that's all they've done. I can't believe nothing else is growing.

I need clones, clones, clones, clones, clones, clones, clones, clones, clones, clones, clones, clones, clones, clones, clones, clones, clones, clones, clones, clones, clones, clones, clones, clones, clones, clones, clones!!! Well, you get the idea.

That is all.

Happy Halloween.

Time for another fantastic update boys and girls. Make sure your trays tables and seats are in the upright position because here we go.

All the plants (except for Cosmic #1) have been given their first feeding. Even though AMS # 2 and #3 are still small, I thought that it was time to start because of I figured that most of the nutrients were either absorbed into the plant or washed out through the waterings over the past 3 weeks. I used a one quart (4 quarts in a gallon) to a few drops. The bottle called for 2-3 teaspoons per gallon for a heavy watering and just one teaspoon for a light watering. I figured I would go below what it said for obvious reasons.

I also stopped the Epsom treatment.

AMS #1 is looking fantastic! I see more new growth and I think the Mg issue is no more, but I will continue to monitor just to make sure. I hope it responds well to the first feeding. This might be a great plant to get a few clones from. Speaking of clones, I sure could use a few right about now to get this grow moving forward.

AMS #2 is looking better every day. The leaves are looking a little bigger every day. Not too much else with #2. Lets hope it likes the nutes I gave it.

AMS #3 is starting to piss me off. The stem has no problem growing, but the rest of it doesn't seem to to much of anything. It does have a very small amount of growth on the leaves, but nothing like it should. I will know if this plant is a dud if it doesn't respond to its feeding. I'm not giving up yet. I've seen worse plants recover in several posts on this forum.

Cosmic #1 Is open for business. You can even see the first fan leaves coming out:mrgreen:. This makes me so happy. But not as happy as I would be if the other seeds were like this.
These other seeds are utterly and completely useless. :cuss: I am going to have to call it bad seeds on this fiasco because I tried several methods to grow these bitches and I got nothing, nadda, zip, el zilcho. :finger: Live and learn, I guess. I mean out of 17 seeds. 7 Lowryder and 10 Cosmic Haze, I got one Cosmic to sprout. I mean come on for crying out loud. It just make me want to hurl. :spew:I really wanted to grow some Lowryder. That would have been some cool shit. :eyesmoke:

Anywho, once I get some clones, I will be mucho happy. Mucho mucho happy.

That is all.

Call the seed bank and tell them that only one of 17 seeds was worth anything. I'm sure they'll send you a freebie or something.

Time for an update boys and girls and I've got good news to report. All plants are doing fantastic. I can easily see new growth in all the plants. AMS #2 and #3 are even getting bigger. I have not watered since Thursday and I will probably water the ones that need it today. It's getting easier to tell when to water them.

I think these are going to be nice plants. The next watering will be a sightlier heavy feeding of nutrients and will only do this once every two weeks. They seem to have responded very well to Fox Farm Big Grow. AMS #2 and #3 have a much better green color to them now along with new growth.

Enjoy.

Welcome to another fabulous update. I’m glad you could join me here and hope you like what you see.

Everything seems to be going very well with all the plants although AMS #3 still seems a little small (that’s what she said).

AMS #1 is still doing great. She now has 5 nodes and they are very close together, which from what I understand is very good. There are new leaves visible on every node and that’s a good thing, too. She also grew almost ½ an inch in about two days. She is up to just over three inches now. I figure in about another month, she will be at least a foot tall (I hope). Nothing else to report with AMS #1.

AMS #2 is looking better every day, but the growth is still a little slow (not as much as #1).

AMS #3 has smaller leaves than the rest and I hope this will clear up after a few more feedings. Nothing else interesting with #3.

Cosmic Nights #1 is looking freaking awesome. I’m willing to bet that it will outgrow AMS #2 and #3 within a few weeks. I wish more of these seeds had sprouted.

I’m done with the other seeds that I had. All they did was sit there and do nothing and piss me off. I couldn’t even get a sliver of a tap root to show. Some clones would be nice.

If only I had a time machine to jump ahead 3 months to see how all the plants are doing, but alas, I’m stuck in the real world where the only thing you can do is wait.

That is all. Corn.

Like nothing you’ve ever seen before, watch closely as I open this door, your jaws will be on the floor, after this you’ll be begging for more.

Do you want it? Do you need it? Let me hear it.

Alright, time for another fun filled update with yours truly. It has been almost a week without an update, so without further a due, here it is.

AMS #1 – All I can say is WOW! WOW! WOW! and WOW! She is 9 inches tall right now and growing upward at a rate of about 1 inche every 2.2 days. At this rate, she will be at the optimal height for budding in about 30 days. I think the optimal height is around 1 foot 9 inches to 2 feet tall. If the plant will triple in size when under the HPS, the end height will be approximately 6 feet tall and if needed, a simple LST (bending) will keep it from hitting the HPS light. Also, she now has 10 nodes up the main stalk and many new bud sites are forming along all the branches.

AMS #2 is also about the same as #3, but just a bit funky looking.

AMS #3 is also doing real good also and is now starting some good vertical growth. Not much else to say other than she looks real healthy.

Cosmic Night #1 is looking real healthy and I expect it to catch up if not surpass AMS #2 and #3 real soon.

That’s about all I have to show and tell, so until next time…

Cheers.

You asked for it, here it is – Today’s fabulous update. I’ve got great news all around.

First up are the clones – Send in the Clones!!! There is no root growth yet, but the tell-tale signs are beginning to appear. The little white bumps form first, (from what I have read) then the roots begin to form. I figure that in a few more days, the roots will begin to show.

AMS #1: She’s 12.5 inches tall and getting taller everyday. I think that when she hits 18” to 21”, she will be ready for budding. I think that is going to be real soon, maybe in less than two weeks. She’s going to be a killer plant. Can’t wait to smoke her (that’s what she said). Also raised the light up again (second time).

AMS #2 and #3: Both of these are also doing real well with #3 being a little better off than #2. I think #3 is going to look exactly like #1 in a few weeks. I raised the light on these two this morning for the first time and there are no more books under these two.

Cosmic Nights #1: Well, she is doing great. She has a nice green color to her, but the upward growth is slow leading me to believe that I may have mixed up some seeds from the second batch from Dr. Chronic and what I thought was Cosmic Nights might have been a Lowryder seed. Time will tell.

Have a super fantastic happy day.

A few more images on the next page.
