First gro pics + is this male/female?

Hi everybody. With the help of people on this forum, I have successfully been working on my first grow. I used a big CFL, soil, and a strain called Carnival (feminized) off a online seed site. Its been slow due to the CFL and low temps I experienced in the winter, but I'm now about a week into flowering but I'm not sure what sex it is. I'm hoping female due to the feminized seeds, what do you think? The last picture I included is what I believe to be one of the female pistils coming out of the pod.

thanks, so based on the oblong shape of the pods and the little pistil sticking out I'm guessing its safe to say its a girl? and those pods are what people call preflowers I'm guessing?

If you have hairs and the pods, it may be a hermaphridate.(Or how ever the hell you spell that.) But some plants with questionable genetics have both male and female parts. If so, it will have seeds no matter what.
