So guys I just start growing and went with a dwc set up. My nutrient line is Remo's and currently have 2 gallon pots. 600w t5 for veg. My problem is I'm having to ph down my buckets 2 times daily. Please help I have searched all over the internet and tried to find an answer here. Greatly appreciated.

No root rot that I can see. They have been going for 5 days since the came out of the cloner. Should I move them to a bigger bucket or will that cause other issues?

What kind of containers did you make the system out of. It sounds like you have algae from a light leak. Rub the inside of the container to see if it feels slimy and Hold the lid or the container up to the light and see if it glows. If so. Go to the hardware store. And get some black plastic sheeting or trash bags and cover everything that has nutrients inside. You need 10mils to be light proof so you may have to fold or double bag etc. but clean and flush everything and you should be fine. Oh and get a bigger res

Fins ferts that buffer your water better or start with purer water - Adding ph up/down twice a day is no bueno so find an alternative.

Old hydro growers use to set their res then go on holiday for a week :-)

your res could just be too small. i use to use a small res round 2 gallons and the ph would swing allot. once i started using a much bigger res 7 ish gallons i dont need to adjust my ph for a few days

are you roots filling the bucket already. how much is the plant drinking each day and how are you topping off your res.

are you mixing your nutrients in the correct order

if you are using ro are you adding cal mag. dont know if its really needed many people ague bout ro needed cal mag as a buffer

if you are using tap water maybe its crap hard water with a ph of 7 or higher and high ec

add photos of your roots and set up we all like photos

the second i see a problem with my plant i will dump the res and start fresh although i use tap water so its no big problem do dump often.
