First Cfl Grow Pics*

I've already posted a could of threads and thank you guys for helping me I just took pictures of my little plants that just sprouted and my main plant(bagseed). As i said before, it was growing on 13 watts but now on 190 watts. Can someone tell me what is going on with the bottom leaves? I think its because it was so weak from the little light that now it started to grow like its a whole different plant. Thanks
