First Attempt - L.A. Confidential

Hey guys, just started my first grow last week, and am both excited and nervous as hell... If any of you have advice, tips, tricks, jokes, whatever - post them here please! Your input is appreciated immensely

My setup is as follows:
  • Built an 11'x5.5' room in my basement
  • 600 watt hps (mh for flowering)
  • small oscillating fan (will replace with bigger as needed)
  • hot-vaporizer (being replaced with medium power humidifier tomorrow)
  • heating mat (also being delivered tomorrow, needed to heat soil)"
  • plants are growing in 60/40 coco/perlite and have not been given any nutes yet. I was planning on using Dyna-Grow and Dyna-Bloom, but just purchased some pH Perfect Sensei Grow Part A/B
  • temperature is ~82-84F in the day, dropping to ~75-77F at night
  • humidity control has been my biggest challenge, it fluctuates from 36-55, but usually hovers between 45 and 50. Hopefully the humidifier will stabilize this
  • lights stay on 24/7 to maintain heat in the room
  • air circulates naturally when I leave the wide-door open, so I haven't been concerned with exhaust fans - (should I be?!)

Got 2/3 seeds germinated, and these girls have been growing for almost a week now. I think they're progressing slowly, but that's probably because of the soil temperature (around 21-22C - heat mat should rectify the problem I hope)

Anyways, here are my girls, and again suggestions are more than welcome:

Grew L.A. a few times, she takes time to veg and won't stretch much.
Flower time is short 7-8 weeks and is a tough cookie.
