I've been out of the RIU scene for quite some time now, but I'm back again. Turning to you guys for advice. I'm currently in the market for some new beans and I just so happened to hear about a website called firestax, they also have another site for the US specific orders. According to them, its a company based out of the US?

I was hoping to hear any good or bad reviews dealing with them since I haven't dealt with them before. I've done plenty of ordering on the 'TUDE' so worst case scenario I'll just wait a month for new beans. What has me kind of on edge about purchasing from them though is the order process itself. Right on the website it talks about buying a point or some shit before you can process an order? I mean, I'm already about to drop like 4 bills at least on beans why should I buy the point?

Any ways, if anyone has any recommended strains I should be focusing more attention to it would be greatly appreciated. Finally time to get my foot back in the door and do a few runs of some new genetics. Mainly looking for a heavier producer, with an equally as good high.

I dunno.. I thought FireStaxUSA ended up turning into ReliableUSASeedbank(who I would use).

FireStax (eu) version is the only company ive been screwed by before.

Personally I'd recommend OregonEliteSeedBank and Neptune Seed Bank and then IncanLama and HeavilyConnected on Instagram.

Gu~ of GPS has been impressing me with stellar service and prices,since i 1st dealt with him last year.Firestax rose and fell real quick,within less than a year.They had 3 depots,down to one now.I'd look elsewhere imho

Definitely order domestic. No reason to fuck around with Customs anymore. In addition to those that have been recommended Id add Seeds Here Now to the mix as well. SHN is sometimes more pricey than others but they definitely have great service.

DC Seed Exchange is run by a great dude and you can't go wrong supporting him. While Ive never bought from OES above, he carries my friend's gear and I know he also provides reliable service.

No offense to brits or euros, but no reason any of us stateside need to Fuck with any of those UK or Euro banks.

I've used OregonEliteSeeds and they have great service, no hassle, primo seeds.

I wish I lived in the states, so much dank and some many good seed banks to order from. Living in deep Africa is a mission to get seeds sent down.

Another great place Ive been using that has some really nice, Old School Genetics is

Swami Organic Seeds.

He has the Original Nevils 88 LTD Release NL5 x Haze. This is 1 of the most potent strains you will ever run across, and was the foundation of mny modern strains, that contain NL5/Hz.

Its now F5 Stabilized, and the last 2 breeding have been open pollination. If you breed this strain, with another IBL/Stabilized Hybrid, you will have some F1 seeds.

I plan on breeding a Male of this with the unfortunately discontinued a couple months ago Nevils/NDNGuy G13 x Nl1/Hash Plant, which is also now Stabilized, and will be F1 with the NL5/Hz.

The Original NL5/Haze was lost I the early 2000s, and I lost my genetics for this in the 90s from a bust by the feds, and after doing all my time/supervised release, Ive on and off been looking for this strain since 2001. With no success, until the last several months.

What I had in the 90s was a NL5/Hz x NL1/Hashplant x Road Kill Skunk, and was the best stuff Id seen since the 70s. Even a friend of mine that had lived in Cali 15 years, and was working at a dispensary, said it was better than anything he smoked in all his time in Cali. Since 1980. Some people swore I put PCP in it, and got mad at me for a long time until they were finally convinced the weed was just that good.

What it would do to many is drive their blood sugar really low, and could cause nausea, gastric distress, paranoia, and anxiety.

Originally when Nevil marketed this stuff.... It came with a Warning, and Still Does. Swami says he doesn't like it, because its to strong, and prefers the Blue Orca Haze, which can be as strong, but not s potentially anxiety, and Paranoia inducing. Its great for breeding. Mainly the Male is used.

Its also a really fast growing, large yielding plant, and can be flowered smaller than most, as it can stretch like a mofo, but many phenos may take longer than many want to wait. Up to 84 days.....9-12 weeks. They say to look for the Stretch Pheno. There will be faster NL5 Phenos.

The original NL5 x Haze is the Parent Stock of the Super Silver Haze that won the CC from 97-99. It was crossed with SK#1. I also plan on crossing a Nevils NL5/Haze with a Swami IBL RKS Guadalajara that will be available in the Spring.

They also have 1 called Blue Orca Haze.

Blue Orca is a cross of 1971 Pre Soviet Kandahar x 1976 Thai Stick clone only since 1984. The ONE, and Blue Orca are known to be the oldest weed clones. The ONE has the same Father, different mothers.

Blue Orca Haze is a cross of Blue Orca, and Nevils NL5/Haze

He also has Blue Orca x Real Deal Road Kill Skunk Guadalajara. The Clone Only 1985 RKS was taken to Guadalajara over 30 years ago and stabilized for over 30 years.

I also wouldn't hesitate to use Banks like Attitude, Sensible Seeds, Mid Week Song. These places have some strains that USA Banks may not have.

Sensible Seeds has the REAL DEAL NL5. The same genetics Bodhi used for his NL5. It is from British Columbia Seeds. Beware of fake websites for this company. Id buy only from Sensible for these. Short Stocky Plant with really powerful high.

Alchemia in Spain also has Pre Soviet Landrace Kandahar Black Afghani. United Seed Collective Genetics.

Sannies will have the Herojuana in stock in January 18.

While I agree, and have spent most of my recent money on USA Banks, there are strains unavailable from non USA banks that are on my must have list. I also would never have anything sent to where I was doing anything.

Not as yet, just waiting for you to finish so I can see what the final result is. Need to be very picky with my orders as they are super expensive converting to dollars and the shipping times to here are a nightmare.

Thanks for all the responses guys! I'm going to go through each site and see what they all have to offer and go from there. To be honest I didn't expect this much feedback.

Ever since cannazon went downhill I've been looking for more exotic breeds and genetics. Hopefully I can find some gems.

I've heard of the dc company before but none of the other ones. It's been awhile since I've been active in the field so I guess it's time to brush up on everything haha. Especially once I get both rooms up and kicking.

I'm sure I'll drop in from time to time to get some more feed back.

Does anyone have any other recommendations on genetics. I saw the chem that was posted, looks fire. But as far as a 16 banger goes, how does the total yield per light look?

Ohh ok, I'm assuming those are alot of the genetics you are referring to from your previous post then? Does anyone know the quality of these? Or if they are what they say they are? I mean in terms of reputation, I've heard of banks just throwing seeds into a pack and claiming that the beans are what you specifically ordered. I believe cannazon had a major problem with this. Just asking because my last resort will be attitude simply because their reputation for sending legit products have been proven time and time again.

Not that I'm claiming otherwise from these other banks. Thought I'd just ask for peace of mind.

Last question for everyone, in terms of overall weight to light ration and quality, what genetics would you guys specifically hunt for? I ran my blue dream for 10+ years which hands down I will never get tired of, due to unfortunate circumstances, I no longer have any of my cuts or mothers. Which is why I'm hunting for the best all over again lol.

you should always email the breeder directly and ask them where to get their products.
