Hi Fella's,
it's become a real labor of love finishing this room, completely from scratch, even the cupboard itself!
After working my bollocks off for Months it's very nearly finished,i just have light leak issues from the passives,it absolutely pisses out! need some sort of box structure baffle? As you can see from the pic's i have some Green mesh on the inside, but this does fuck all regarding light blocking just keeps the bugs out i recon.
What ya think Guys,any info/ideas?
Appreciated cheers.

P.s, Set up is,400 HPS, 125L Ruck with temp control,Digital Ballast and Rhino CF.001.jpg002.jpg003.jpg004.jpg005.jpg007.jpg008.jpg009.jpg011.jpg

i found a black universal(cut to fit) carbon filter at lowes in the purifier section. cut it to fit the grill and tape it to it. works great at blocking light.

Looks good.
Nice to see the electrics up off the floor. (My pet hate!)
Just a simple shoe box or something with a hole cut into the bottom over that vent should help.
Are you going hydro?

I just use some left over Alu Tube from the ventilation/filter as passive intake, that way I can also "direct" the fresh air where I want it, I use two, and made a few bends and have no light from em..

actually it could look like you easily could take of a meter or two of your Alu ducting and make a short tube with little bends and place the filter over your light instead (just a suggestion)

Maybe a couple of offset 'dams' made with the lid of the shoebox and a bit of prit-stik would also help.
I've been playing with paper models for my bonsai chillis lately so I'm a bit paper-model mad right now though!
