ok, so I have a finsished garage..Its about 250 sq. feet with catherdral ceilings..So Im pretty sure I've gpt a steller place to grow. However, I dont want to do it too long...Make my money and get out...So I obviously want to make the most I can make..Right now Ive got a 4X8 table with 2 1000 watt MH lights. What Im gonna do is put 50 plants all in halved 2-liter bottles under the lights.. The 2 liter bottles will have rockwool in them and small holes in the bottom so they drain into the tray. Im gonna have a 50 gallon resevour. Im not sure how I should handle cutting the plants to get the most out of them. Also considering doing one more 4X8 table the same way.
Oh and I have 4 mothers under a 8 bulbed T-5 light. 2-Northern Lights and 2 Holland Hope..
Any suggestions on doing something different to maximize....
What type of vent should I rig to the ceiling to pump out of the roof vent
This is all new to me but Im ready to go...Just kinda looking for brotherly advise..Also, how bad would the stink be with 2 4X8's. How do I control the humidity??
Lots of questions I know... Any help wouyld rock....
Gotta go to class....Peas

I'm by no means an expert at the scale of growing your proposing...but my initial reaction is that your first crop will probably pay for all the gear and the electricity to produce the crop. If you do a second crop you might make some profit.

Garage walls are thin and exposed to the outside. Also, there are gaps under and along the garage door. You're going to need some serious odor control. I'm assuming that you're building an enclosed room inside of your garage to grow the plants in. So ... you'll need to hook up one carbon filter to the lights to vent the interior room's odor to the outside and through the carbon filter. Then, for good measure (and your safety) you'll need another carbon filter inside the garage, but outside the built-in room. So, you'll need two Hurricane fans to connect the carbon filter to as well as the filters themselves. It WILL work. I've seen 25 plants grown large inside of bedroom in an apartment and no smell at all ... I mean none. Good luck with the grow ..

Little late to tell you this now, but your first grow will likely be rife with problems....and will not pay for your equipment .
Your second grow still likely won't be without problems........so by your third grow, you should be able to start making a profit.
