I regularly make hash from trim and also mix some trim with lanolin to make a "reefer rub". I don't know if the rub works but I do smell better.
Been trying on and off for a couple years to make a powerful yet tasty batch of pot brownies. My previous attempts have all ended with a dry-tasting hay or straw sensation. I finally came up with a recipe that makes a great buzz while staying moist. I used a Betty Crocker box mix and followed the package instructions except I increased the eggs from 2 to 3 and also added 5 ounces of maple syrup to the 2/3 cup of cooking oil the recipe called for. Mix everything up for a few minutes before adding 12-14 ounces (by volume, not weight) of trim. Also had to increase the baking time by adding 15 minutes. This is necessary as the mix is somewhat wetter than without the trim and syrup.
Good luck, BigSteve.
