Final weeks, please help!

ok, so im in the final 14 days of my 60 day flower cycle uner 400w hps. my plants look beautiful and the buds are big. but over the last few days when i there seems to be some burning on the top leaves. is this suppossed to happen??? i have been giving them 3ml of bloom and 2ml top max per ltr over the last 2 weeks........ i hear i need to flush them, but a mate reckons they could be about 21 days until final harvest. should i start to flush now? will not using nutrients effect the final grow?

I'll take your advice and start flushing. just one question though, do i need to maintain a ph of 6.2 during flushing?
