FIM plants does it hurt them also how young so you start?

ok im asking if FIM your plants is stressfull will it hermy them?
also whats the best time to FIM your plants
i just did my 2-3 week old plants their about 4 inches tall and about 4 nodes
i just FIM them all and im woundering if i did them to soon?
Will this mess up my plants??

I would not worry about hermies from FIMing, in fact is is less stressful than topping. You will be fine.
