Ive been looking for a app. or something like Hydrobuddy so i can build my own hydroponic mix. I have hydrobuddy already. If im using it right i should have the same mix as flora nova, just wish there was a way to check it before you mix it all.

I know we talked a bit over private conversations, but I wanted to respond to this.

What do you mean by check it before you mix it all? Like a comparison between hydrobuddy outputs and what flora nova is supposed to give?

If you want to be absolutely sure, I would suggest taking 1qt bottles, getting a lab analysis of them, and then inputting the results. I know I've posted a recipe based on the guaranteed analysis, but it is lacking in a few of the micronutrients which I believe it does actually have.

The cost for that will be about $40 + shipping + the 1qt bottles of floranova bloom/grow.

Eventually, as the Open Salt project moves along, I'll be getting lab analysis on everything. But it's expensive to do so. And I don't have the money right now. So it will be a while until I personally get to it.

i do want to get it tested when i get it ready. I was going to pm you the results. the cheapest place i found was like $90. I like your work. It really got me interested in this. Ive been growing for years and never even thought about making my own nutes. I just think its fun. I ordered a small home lab to play in. chemistry has always been a hobby of mine.

That's the lowest price lab that I know of. $32.50.

There's also Midwest Labs and JR Peter's has a testing lab as well. A lot of universities have labs that do it all too.
