Hey riu, any probiotic farmers around?

@hyroot, @DonTesla, @Strudelheim, @MustangStudFarm, @DankTankerous,
@Ecompost, @Bioaccumulator, @ACitizenofColorado, @Chronikool, @desertdog, @Organic Altruism

So its late fall, almost winter in canada.

Im looking to make fpj for veg and one for flower

Any suggestions for late season picking ?

Veg- garden weeds, a friend owns a greenhouse . Might be able to get fresh veggie greens in the morning.

Flower- reds and orange colored stuff.
Its pumpkin season. Talk to a flower shop? Any suggestions so i can make a good batch to last the next 5 months of winter lol

Thanks!

You can always hit up grocery stores for rotten or too ripe produce. Do you have a Worm Bin?

I do have a worm bin . Thats currently where my produce goes.

Ok so for fpj they dont need to be morning dew fresh???

Hyroot calls it ffe i do believe. Same thing ffj. Just different farming methods like knf, jadam use different acronyms from what i can tell.

I was under the impression, maybe just for veg.... That the best time to pick greens was in the morning while their still waking up.

Yeah dontesla and hyroot really openned up alot of topics ive never heard of befor.

Its great to be in on forums and facebook groups to be able to hear of lots of new subjects to research .

Especially being in a smal town,alot of farmers and organic farmers have never heard of knf or jadam methods. Labs, em1, fpj, sst.

Im so thankful to have access to concentrated information to look into furthur !

Free schooling seriously.

For veg. Find fast growing plants. Chop them early in the morning as xlose to sunrise as you can get. The hormones you're after will be in the tips or tops of the plants at sunrise.

Then mix the fresh plant material 1 part brown sugar 2 parts plant material. Then cover with 1 part brown sugar and press down to remove air. Then ferment for 5-7 days.

FFE - labs, water, and fruit
FFJ - fruit and brown sugar
FPJ - plants and brown sugar
FPE - labs, water, and plants ( this one i don't do because it smells like ass)

Jadam uses compost or leaf mold and water with either fruits or plants in ferments.

Thanks for the breakdown , it seems some places are using these acronyms interchangably.

Thanks hyroot
