and why are the leaves wrinkled like that!!

Tell us about it.
Might be watering, might be temps, might be something else.
I still can't tell anything for sure from the pics.
Here is what it will show when it's ready, male and female.

water when its crusty on top like every 4to 6 days and temps range from 64 to like 76

Watering depends on his soil, but if he waits until it's "crusty" on top, that's late IMO.

Yeah Id Say thats a girl. Also Leaves Bending tend to be down to leaves trying to get more light. Leaves will move very slowly to get the most light possible. If its just the tips then thats differnt and norm due to heat stress or other issues.
