yes, it's either a male or a female...

but on a serious note, i don't see any preflowers on any of those pix, just new vegetive growth from all i can see.. give it some more time... how old are they atm?

It's a seed so could be either and it's a outdoor plants but my other plants are flowering and I can see the hairs on all of the other ones just not this one and its about 3 months just transplanted finally so there finally starting to get bigger
