Seedlings only have enough in the embryo to support germination and a set of cotyledon leaves. Once they have their first set of true leaves you should start to give them a very mild complete balanced of nutrients containing n/p/k and all trace elements. I recommend 1/4 strength General Hydroponics Flora series in a 1/1/1 ratio. I would also add some Technaflora Root 66 or Advanced Nutrients Jump Start at half strength to really get them well established prior to going in the system and for the first week in the system.

Depends on what kinda soil you are in. Never used thaf nute line but if its organic then you should be fine with starting with a light dose. If they have their second or third set of leaves definitely start feeding or you will be fighting a deficiency soon.

thanks for all the input i have been feeding a light dose of of stress relief bc they stretched so much in the first party cup then put into another party cup put the little puck shaped germinating plugs were placed at the bottom so they have been introduced to small amounts of that i think its b vitamins and some p and k but i use a soil form my parents dairy farm and its a 1/3 haylage compost (corn stalks, corn curnels, alfelpha, and grass in the compost) and this dirt from where we have burried dead cows for years and its super dark and rich ( just bones and dirt the bodies are completely decomposed) then i add a bunch of pearlite. I really have no clue what the nuet levels are

i am gonna get into some bigger pots and start the low feeding its an organic nuet (humboldt 2 part natural line) but feel like the soil does have some fair amount of nuets in it so ill just go extra light on the nuets

just to state where they are at growth wise they have the cotyledons, single bladed set, triple bladed set and just stared to sprout the next set i cant quite tell how many leaves are there but i think five. at what point can i start to count nodes

the triple bladed set is where I start counting nodes. the cotyledons and single bladed set do not really count. You are right about where I start feeding but you kinda have a myriad of things going on it sounds like. Just watch for when they start to fade and you should be fine to start feeding, I just would be weary this route since depending on what it is deficient in could be an uphill battle for most of the grow.
but it sounds like some good soil and you did yourself a solid adding perlite since it prob has dick for aeration.

ya i use it in an out door grow before but it turned out pretty good but ya thats the only reason i was leary was because with the store bought u know exactly what your gettin and about how to handle it and if not can ask some quesitons to others but iasked my dad where he thought the best soil was and hes been growing actual crops (corn, hey, beans, alfalpha) for neraly 40 years, the only other thing i used on the outdoor grow was some cow manure but ya i just gonna have to watch them a little more closely thanks a lot
