Feedback on my new COB array hanger

I'm thinking of mounting 185's on each 4 light array. But I'd like to be able to control all the dimming from a single point. And actually, I'm interested in the real world dimmers that simulate sunrise and sunset. I don't know how much that helps, Maybe plants get startled if they're woken up too fast and stay grumpy throughout the day.

I seriously don't think it would matter. Soft wake, hard wake, pretty sure the difference in final product would be negligible.
