yeah it seems like the under cover officers were getting a little jumpy and pulled guns a little too quickly. people were getting killed over nothing. this is not something that hillbilly superman cops should be doing. they think they are starring in their own movie or some shit and they wonder why people were getting shot.
They are allways jumpy with the gun play nowdays.
I was arrested & sent to prison in the late 70's early 80's on 2 occasions,one was for a mj related offense (growing) & the other was for a violent felony offense which was getting payback on a known gang member who robbed me at gun point,without going into a huge story i found the peice of shit crip's member who pistol whipped me later on & beat him within an inch of death so i did some time in prison for beating him.
When i was arrested on the violent felony i was allowed to walk out of my home via police commands over the car loudspeaker,walk to within 10 ft of the cops then turn around on my own,put my hands behind my back to be hand cuffed,then walk to the car without a cop even touching me.
Since my conviction nearly 40 years ago when police run my name it comes up as Code 10,this means violent offender approach with extreme caution,now as soon as they run my name the guns come out,several times its been shotguns,if its a lone cop they allways call for back up & then all of em get their guns out.
Every time its the same deal,even though im visably disabled they force me to lay on the ground,all the time screaming at me to keep my hands above my head,again im visably disabled & cant lay down on my own bed without the use of my hands let alone lay down in the middle of the road without the help of my hands,explaining this to them is inpossible every time,every cop who's done this to me is so pumped on steroids & adrenilan they flip out when i use my hands to get down on my hands & knees before laying face down.
Every time once im on my stomache i get a 220 lb knee in my spine,several times i only made it to my hands & knees when i was attacked full force,once while i was on my hands & knees trying to lay face down i was grabbed from behind around the waist,picked up from hands & knees,reverse bear hugged then slammed to the ground,then wrestled onto my stomache & hand cuffed then drug by my feet to the cop car & thrown in by 3 cops.
All this while my wife who was 7 months pregnant & my 80 year old mother watched,then the cop who slammed me was going to hurt my mother he was in such a rage,he kept screaming at her to get out of tue car,she was paralized by fear & she couldnt move she just kept begging the cop "please dont hurt me,im 80 yrs old & i cant take that treatment,please dont hurt me",that cop was ready to yank her from the car until a county sherrif who showed up on the scene intervined.
All that shit over a fix it traffic stop,i was taking mom & the wife to dinner & had a blown out tail light,we tried to sue the cop involved in slamming me & called the sherrif as a wittness,he couldnt be there in person & was allowed to give a statement where he said the police acted in a professional manner seeing that i refused to follow direct orders from the cop.
My disability is from a crushed spine,to this day i still have not healed from the body slam & i never will,all over a traffic stop where he could have let me stay in the car & handed me a fix it ticket & let me drive off.
