That's really great for the circumstances. I've only got about 160 going, so I'd get the 5 year minimum mandatory in my state. Nice to know I can go up to 999 with the same risk, I'm getting into a new house with more room. Can't wait!

I just looked at the FAMM site, seems like they're doing good work. Here's my state's cannabis laws, looks like I'd get a minimum mandatory sentence of 3 years, but they could tack on selling and possession and get me for a lot more if they wanted (plus fine me and seize all my shit). Nice to see that the MM is not 5, as I thought. I had been thinking of a way to keep it under 99, but in my state it would have to be under 49, as 50-200 is the same penalty. Interestingly, under 5 plants is no MM, and only up to a year if the judge misses his coffee that morning...

Thy way his case worked is having had 1900 plants various sizes 65lbs packaged and guns. 1 was loaded within 20ft of plants and his bed. The guns were an enhancement.
