FBI is cool with it

had a huge scare the other day. the fbi raided my patient's house where i have my veg room. they were their for reasons unrelated to marijuana. they also raided the room where i have only vegged plants and clones. they did not harm anything and actually thought the whole setup was pretty cool and asking how good it works LOL. they said no one is in trouble for it and not to worry about it. they raided the house to investigate a local crime tied to someone that sometimes stays at the house. even though im 100% state legal it scared me with them being federal government. so stay within your state law, and a good chance the feds will leave you alone. just make sure you do everything by the book! no extra plants, no more than 2.5 ozs per patient at a time. locked room also. remember, any root structure is considered a plant. so once your clones grow roots, its legally a plant. be safe!

Good that they didn't hassel you, I would have needed (a smoke) to calm my nerves once they left.

i seen cops surrounding my patients house and i called and asked if everything was ok. turns out her bf was hiding a fugitive there and the fugitive had stolen property. the fbi was also there and asked to talk to me cause they needed a key for the locked room. my patient didnt even know she had a key for the room LOL. i said she should have a key and i cant come down cause im at a friends house drunk out of town. i wasnt but didnt want to come by because i have a cop phobia. she looked thru her key ring and found it after i told them she had one. figured if they wanted they could just unscrew the hinge. i dont worry about break ins because my patient is in poor health and always home.

FBI? THE FBI may turn it over to DEA. I would tread lightly. FBI is federal. If the local police came I would have less to fear. How long ago did this happen?

about a week ago. yeah that was my worry about them turning it over to the dea. but everything is only in veg at the place. no usable marijuana. def not going to flower there anymore, my patient just lost that privilege for not keeping better tabs on what her bf is doing at her house. i mean he hid a fucking fbi fugitive, was an accessory to the crime so hes locked up too LOL. i almost want to drop her as a patient but feel bad because she is in bad health and not really all there. was thinking about moving everything but i might just keep my veg room there. its totally 100% state legal and by no means large scale. i dont know how i meet all these crazy people

I'd think really hard about cutting her off, geez, man it was the FBI.

For sure, not doubt, move your room and leave all the nonsense behind. Learn from this experience and rededicate yourself to staying way under the radar. JMHO.

thanks for the advice, you're all right. im thinking of moving everything the more i think about it everyday. she will be sad when i bring the news. shes already sad about not being able to flower there anymore. but she has to learn to control her house and i dont think it will happen. its not my responsibility what she does with her medicine and i encourage her not to share with anyone that is not a patient. but if she ever gets maintaining a drug house i want no part of it. im a law abiding citizen for the most part and i cant take anymore chances. i actually dont even charge my patients except for electricity and some equipment. everything is split evenly each harvest. its a hobby more or less for me and my patients cant afford to be paying these outrageous prices for junk not even close to as good as what i grow and give them for almost free.

this all carries too much heat legal or not...

The reason they probably liked you setup, is because they possibly smoke as well, haha.

thank you all for the advice. going to keep her as a patient but move everything. if she dont like it then she can find a new caregiver. and there is no way she is going to find someone that does better than what i do being almost free*(only charge for electric and soon going to charge for some of the more expensive equip). im the one spending all the money and time. i probably got about $2k spend on equipment, and plan on spending a lot more down the road. i have way too much on the line to risk her carelessness. being able to grow legally is an awesome privilege and i cant afford to have it all get fucked up because people do shit that is so fucking stupid and dont learn to change their ways. guess you cant help people unless they first help themselves.

With all that money in investments, it should pay itself off if you're dedicated.
