Where i live there used to be a place called the Czech Cafe they where cool as fuk they yoused to let you smoke weed in the place and the food was good home cooking.

Ruths Chris Steakhouse is one of my fav's when I'm traveling. We have a lot of really good local restaurants, hard to pick one sometimes. Wish we had better access to good quality seafood but it is hard to find.

No, I really do love good fresh nigiri sushi. Finding a restaurant that served it this far from the coast was like witchery of the best sort. cn

I love seafood, just a bit paranoid bout where our seafood comes from. I live close to the gulf, so idk about quality

Ruths chris steakhouse, sounds like a good place to have a steak.

Whats your best cut of steak?

Mine is bone in ribeye

Morton's is up there with Ruth's Chris for a great steak but prices are high.

I like a good Peruvian joint that serves a great lomo saltado.
Luckily for me there are plenty of them in so cal.

I really like tuna fillet steak avit past rare. Freakn sweet!

First time i had it, i thought it was going to be too fishy like salmon, but man it was better then beef at the moment.

I loves me a good rib eye ... but it's prime rib that is my go-to style of cow. We have a café near here, part of a CA chain, and it serves a good and quite inexpensive prime rib platter. If I had someone to go with, i'd probably go there more often. Make mine "rare" ... it's what actually turns out medium-rare, pink all the way through. Oh yum. cn

My family owns and operates the best Mexican restaurant in Tucson, AZ. There's several locations, but, it's not "fast food" Mexican or anything, it's the good shit.

That's my favorite restaurant I think.

Steakfish rule!!!
Unfortunately they're all wild-caught bluewater predator species, like tuna and sword, and as a result I can't get myself to eat them often. The fishing practices aren't especially nice. cn

Ive never had prime rib, next time i go by a steak house, ill make sure to look it up.

I love cooking beef skirt or better known as fajitas with mesquite wood. Pink is my color of choice as well

Understandable. I find it to be a unique dish i get from time to time.

Special occasions if you, i had it with an Olympian yesterday.

What area of mexico is their food more related to? I love enchiladas veracruzanas, sopes, gorditas, Mole,

Ding ding ding! Bone in ribeye is the way to go for the chargrilled taste, and the Bear called it right with the primerib for a big fat rare texas cut piece of heaven. Wow, now I'm hungry. Either of those and a really good bottle of vino make for a great night.
