Yeah ali has literally too many heatsinks and most would be useless for you. But if you do go that route try kingbrite on ali.
They do very good priced pin heatsinks. Just remember they weigh a lot so cost a bit to ship by air and then you will have some tax. Even after shipping and tax they were still the cheapest option for me at that time.

These Americans have it easy with heatsinks, I actually heard even mcdonalds sells pin heatsinks in the USA...

Passive heat sinks are all the rage now, but you should consider active heatsinks. I haven't heard of any fans of those failing. That said, you should consider MechaTronix IceLED line of active coolers. Yes, you must buy a Mean Well APV 12-12 to power them and more time to wire them, but that might be your best alternative. https://www.led-heatsink.com/search?q=ICELED

Edit: they are pre-drilled and tapped for popular CoBs.

I looked at those too, but compared to $9 for an Arctic Alpine 64 Plus... I went with the Arctic. xD

It's been a few years, but I always design passive. I don't want the extra wires, and fans are moving parts that can cause problems.

I love heatsinkusa.com but those pin sinks from alibaba do look great.
