i have one little handheld fan currently on my two and a half week old plant. it's making the leaves move, but not too much. should i be able to see my plant move from the wind, or should it be staying still? let me know if there's anything else i can tell you to help you make a better decision. thanks.

you're looking to get gentle swaying of the plant. you could try moving the fan closer, but slightly moving leaves is about what you are shooting for.

the fan is for two purposes. to remove oxygen from around the leaves and to move the plant gently to increase the strength of the stems.

since you have a small fan i would direct it at the leaves and you'll achieve both goals.

one last question. my lighting situation is two 15w flo tubes, so...how far away from the light do i want them. since i got the fan i moved them from 1" to about 3 or 4. is that okay?
