Fans instead of ac unit in attic grow

Have a 20f x 6f x 7f grow space in attic. It gets about 100 on hot days in summer. Can I use like 4 or 5 fans instead of buying an expensive ac unit? Will the fans do the job?

Fans do not cool the air.

But u can just get a buncha ice cubes

Are there any ac units that are very very quiet? What's the price range

7500 btu ductless mini-split. I just self installed one in my room. Right around $1000, but no problems cooling a completely sealed 2k setup. Could prob do 3X that space. The in house portion is silent. The outside compressor is like a small fan running
