Yeah, actually looks like you can. You might have to buy 4-pin to 3-pin molex adapters though. (Look at the fan controller--a converter from the big chunky input that converts to the smaller ones). You can pick a few of these up off of TigerDirect as well for super cheap. Even if you don't use them, they're nice to have around--and then you won't have to order more from TigerDirect in the case that you do need them--saving on shipping.

An idea--cover all of your electronics with silvery waterproof tape and/or INDUSTRIAL GRADE (duct or gorilla brand) duct tape--to protect your electronics from spills--one of the great decisions I made on my grow--because spills happen. In the name of lightproofing, you're going to want to cover those pesky LED lights on the controller--you don't want any light getting in, or light getting out of your box--for yield and prevention of hermies. 3-4 layers of duct tape over those lights should do the trick.
