Fan?

What fan do I need to get to cool of two 600 watt hps cooltube lights? What place has good deals on these fans? Also how many plants can I fit under these lights??

2 x 600W in 6" cool tubes will need around a 150cfm fan to cool if it is drawing cool air through. If it is air warmed in the growroom, a higher rated fan will be needed. Ebay. The number of plants is dependant on how large you grow them! If you veg to 18" for example, you should get around 9 plants under each light. If you go for a SOG, you may get as many as 36 under each light. Peace W

ive always seen them and done them where it blows into the socket base side of the reflector... if all you want to do is cool em off, use a 150. valuline, can fan, fan tech, dayton (squirrel cage), or sun court. personally, i use the can fan Fan Max. they are some bad ass fans...just depends on how much $$$ you are willing to spend. BGHydro.com has the best deals ive ever found. way fuckin cheaper than msrp. idk what size you need, but id go at least a 6" to really keep em cool, and it will allow you to place the tubes much closer to the plants without burning your babies.
