Fan setup for LED

Hi there,
Currently sorting out my ventilation setup.
Have a 130w led which produces very little heat and will be using a small C/F for 1 plant.
My question is would placing the fan closer to the bottom of the tent have any negative effects for the plant? The hole for a fan/filter at the top is far to large and the bottom one is a better fit for the combination i want to create.

Would i have issues with smell rising to the top or anything like that with my fan placed near the bottom of the cab?

Ideally you want the exhaust to be as high possible to get rid of heat and yes smell. And the intake as low possible. If not then fresh air will get in and directly out without properly circulating in the room.

There is legitmately no heat concerns what so ever. THe lower vent seems to work fine and there will be C/F down there. Should be fine for smell with that yes?
