Hello, I have 2 818 Kush plants growing in soil. 4 weeks veg (18/6) and 5 & 1/2 weeks flowering(12/12). 400W hps for the full grow. Just recently the fan leaves have started turning yellow. I havent gave it any extra plant nutrients in about 4 weeks. Any Ideas why this is happening ?

Probably nitrogen def. If your using flowering nutes they are really low in nitrogen. The plant is drawing nutes out of the fan leaves and giving them to the buds. But it could be PH related if you haven't been monitering it.

Give some N, check to make sure they're not saturated, as mentioned, they look wet.
Next time you transplant, throw a couple tsp's of dolomite lime in with the soil, and some perlite, and try to get the rootball centered in the pot so the roots can grow all the way around, not just on 3 sides.
Also, get them up higher in the pot, meaning utilize all your room.

Lower the Ph. Can use Vinegar. It's definitely a nute problem though but they might just be locked up due to PH.
