This was ruled as reasonable force.

What do you think?

Yes, he slammed her into the wall, but I don't think he intended to hurt her like that. I think he was pumped up and acted too forcefully in the heat of the moment. If she had not been a belligerent non-compliant asshole and just calmly done what she was told it would not have happened. When a cop stops you and has you cuffed, just shut the fuck up and do what he says. Mouthing off and resisting never helps. When you get to the station call a lawyer and bitch then instead of making it worse and putting yourself into that kind of situation.

I agree that this is fucked up, but the bitch pretty much was asking for it... The only thing she didn't say was "slam my face into the wall" cuz he was fucking asking for it.
Like many others said, if you are placed under arrest... just go with it... resisting the police when you're under arrest is ONLY going to get you fucked, not them.

I guarantee this lady won't get a fucken dime from the police department, because the cop was calming walking her to his car and she was thrashing and trying to resist arrest... so BAM... he slammed her down. He also asked her like 15 times if she was going to calmly walk to the car, and she kept bringing up irrelevant shit about her kids.

In summary, no she shouldn't of been slammed into the wall face first... but I doubt he intended it to happen like it did.... and resisting arrest only gets you injured / in more trouble.

i agree with this guy. she was resisting, and giving him problems. he warned her to stop, and she didnt. right before he threw her into the wall, she started fidgeting and moving a lot. sure, he shouldnt have done it. but she WAS asking for it and WAS resisting.

if she wasnt doing anything wrong, she shouldve just shutup and dealt with it at the station. theres absolutely nothing that u can say to convince the cop to un-arrest u...period.

Yeah no issues here...

As long as its not your mother, wife or sister getting all her fronts busted out.

That shoulder shrug deserved it.

That was pretty violent, He did tell her to "stop or she was going to get hurt", In my opinion it was too much but she was warned, play with fire.....JR

I'm going to say that the action wasn't a good reaction

Like I'm seeing unneccessary force.. shes in cuffs, and a lady, not very strong... the officer didnt need to throw her sideways into the wall.. all he needed to do was to push her to the ground... or restrain her movement. Which WOULDN'T be hard. He WANTED to hurt her.

I'm 100% sure that officers are told how to make a suspect SUBMIT to them by means of hold, pinning/using the suspects body part against them to get them to the GROUND without the officer being in danger. The officer THREW her into a wall. That's wasn't necessary...

shes all bloody saying, 'you didn't need to do that, that wasn't necessary... that was unneccessary'

It could go either way though 50/50.. In the end we will have to see what the jury says?

She was warned multiple times. He didn't mean to put her face into the wall. Yes he intended to put her body against the wall, but not the face. Looked to me like the bitch tripped, if she didn't trip she wouldn't have face planted.

No, she definitely didn't DESERVE that, no normal woman does, and as much as i dislike the majority of cops, i have to say this is the womans fault. After being given multiple warnings by a well known bully you would think cooperation would be appropriate.. especially when you are already in cuffs. I truely feel sorry to say but some of these women who constantly talk shit at unnecessary times, almost deserve shit like this. I still feel the cop is wrong of course but she really did ask for it.
