I still don't get how making someone miss the bus (possibly, maybe they werent going to leave on the next bus..) is racist.

I Think the 20 min timer card, if real, is just shady to begin with. If there was a sign that said "no refunds" it would make all this go away.

What kind of place doesn't offer refunds for unused merchadise tho..
