Currently we run a 503(c) non profit medical cannabis collective and delivery service. Aside from incorporation, sellers permit, and EIN number ( which we already have ). And since we didn't need any 'special' paper work from our county I assume it would be the same for LA county? As long as we have all our state paperwork we should be able to operate anywhere in california? Given that they don't have a ban on medical cannabis.
