Well, a few months back I decided to switch over to organics because my state may be passing "Organic MMJ" laws soon, I really liked the results, so then I figured why not give the healthy beautiful girls some more light and I figured I would try t5ho's, been hearing good things about them. "I was using 600 hps and 600 mh dual ballast for the old veg room". So I got a veg tent for my old veg room plants, along with the new lights and in they went.

Now I was left with all this extra space and lights already hung, then it hit me =D Expand!! Thus my en-devours began, I tore down the divider between the old veg room and my flower room. Lots of little shit here and there a good 8 hours of work and through the magic of the video camera, I now have a new flower room 2x as big =D

Figured I should show a bit more of my actual setup in this vid, lights, cords, fans etc. Once winter hits full on, ill remove the AC and add 1 more 600watter "being lazy now and don't want to wire the ballast to the hood...

Time to smoke a bowl of some Blueberry "my fav" from my latest harvest. I hope you enjoy watching this video as I enjoyed setting up the room.

Edit: Try 1080p

Sorry for the washout in a few scenes, will try to get a quick vid when the lights pop on in the morning for a better view of my girls.

Nice man... I am considering growing some organics, I like the idea of doing multiple strains, and having optimal flavor.

What state? What law or you talking about? From my state that seems crazy! The only states I can think of are Colorado and California. Am I missing something awesome? :)

Hmmm...

What was meant by the "organic MMJ" laws? This could really put a wrench
in things.

Glad to hear you got over your laziness and got on things :)

Someone had a link to the video taped colorado Medical Marijuana Advisory Committee's meeting for the last 3 months, in one of the meetings, Mark Johnson, M.D. one of the boards members said that in the next meetings they need to work out a regulation on pesticides and fertilizers because he claims too much polluted cannabis is being given to patients who dont need more caustic chemicals in their bodies. He suggested looking into the viability of making everyone go organic and then left it at that for this meeting. So it was just brought up that some regulations needed to be constructed, I'm thinking months even a year before anything is on paper. If your interested watch the videos on youtube to find out all about whats really going on with the most current mmj laws. The link was in either in "MMJ Colorado" forums or "MMJ news" forums. Just a compilation of all the meetings posted on youtube, some boring and some interesting.

Here are a few pics, each one is a different strain at a different stage in flowering. I'm thinking that the AK is almost done. Looking forward to smoking her.

Using some stuff my buddy here in my local town started carrying called Aggrand. This stuff

MINUS the liquid lime.
Sunshine soil-less 4 part mix.
Bottom feeding with giant 6 gallon buckets i put the pots inside of so now it takes 10 sec to water instead of trying to soak from the top through the dry pockets I just fill them every other day to a line inside the large bucket. If they dont drink it all within a few hours, I just siphon with giant rubber syringe and squirt it in a plants bucket who drank everything.
As for the genetics, most of my moms came from different growers in Denver, Longmont and Boulder whom were all caregivers. I didnt keep in contact with any of them , budtrader.craigslist.strainexchange.thcfarmer. is where I met them.

These all pictures which you can share over here is great. Harvested the big AK finally and am very pleased with the results, as much if not much much more of a yield than when I was using * censored* nutes =P. Got a few MONSTER nugs this time around because I didn't top or train her at all.

LOL so true, she is spoiled rotten like a princess but when it comes to the grow area I have to be strict because she eats ANYTHING pot related, living plants, giant stems, hanging plants drying , old yellow leaves I pluck etc .

She thinks she is going to take over my bed now 0.o

My dog (german shepherd) loves to play fetch with the stalks left over after harvest. I've never witnessed him attempt to eat a live plant, though.

So its been a few weeks and I have really got a chance to see the differences in my 2x600w mh veg vs the new 2x 300~watt t5ho's ... Judge for yourself on that =D

In the flower room i had my exhaust fan go out that ran from the lights... It was only for 15, maybe 20 min tops, the lights came on, I took my shower, I put on some shorts and went back in and POW, warm as all heck in there and my tallest girl "hindu kush" along wit all my 6k's "special strain" got burned. The big kush only had the tallest one or two fan leaves burned , but the raise in room and under-light temps burned ALL of the 6k to one degree or another, the tallest got it worst. "They are all ok now and the buds are fine, getting new fan leafs are already coming to replace burnt ones"

Also in the video there are 2 tall wispy looking ugly things in the flower room, those were 2 clones i got from a buddy and didnt care to keep the strain. I just tossed them into flower at about a foot tall and somehow they managed to stretch up to the light in a few weeks and start budding lol. Its bigbud... and heavydutyfruity... neither of the strains i have found to be anything special, certainly not worth removing other strains I already have for. So they are whatever, free weed to friends or something. Just wanted to put that in there if anyone was wondering why everything else is so big and there are these 2 TOOTHPICKS in there wasting light lol.

The 4 clones on the Table in flower are pineapleexpress only not pineapple6k.

Nice video but turn off the hps in flower when you video so we can see them. You're making me think twice about my 600s in veg, those t5s look like they're doing a nice job. How did you like the AK-47?

These images can share everything here is great. The board members, said that future meetings need to develop regulations for pesticides and fertilizers, since according to him too contaminated cannabis is administered to patients do not need more chemicals caustic in their bodies.
