Just setup new room running 4 lights through a titan 8 240 volt and had my exaust fan running through it.Does my fan need to be 240 as well?also I was wondering while I wait to get a new fan is it ok to run my lights without the exaust fan or will they overheat?

The fan needs to be rated to whatever the input voltage is. A 110v rated fan plugged into a 240v source will probably start a fire.

Take the glass out of your lights and run the hoods open or yes, you'll have issues with over heating.

cool thanks.Thank god I was there when it blew.I even unplugged it and touched the plug by accident and it shocked the hell out of me.I figgered it out.Just need to plug the fan into the timer that's triggering the relay.one fan down and and a little shock later I realized how to fix the issue.Damn.ok gotta run down and pull the glass off.peace

oh man thanks so much man.went down there and it was super hot.i just truned it off and started another one and pulled glass down.whew.I really don't need this all to screw with my first professional room.I been in tents for years and finally got a credit card to do it all right.Co2 control box and 8 plug relay all titan, and all legal.in your opinion can 1 max fan pull enough air off of 4 1k hps ?
