Sounds like nute burn or heat stress.....

Need a shit-load more information from you bud.

Soil or Hydro?
Lighting, how far away?
Temperatures, highs and lows?
How old are they including veg time?
What nutes do you use?

Man i had the same problem before i got my grow room vented.. Mine was due to heat stress. The temps where getting up in the 90'sF.
Yours could be something minor, or a combinatoin of several thing.

Like Pool said we need more info.

Any kind of exhaust? How big is your grow space? Your exhaust should be able too exchange the air in the room 5-6 times a minute, atleast. If your grow space is say 50 square feet, you would want to get a fan with a CFM of 250. That would exchange the air 5 times in the room every minute.

What type of lights? How far away?

I had the same problem about two months ago. I had 39 plants growing and after the first ten days the stems started turning red (from green) and the leaves were dryed out & yellow and the veins started turning red. I was using a low sodium bulb (400 watts) about 36 inches away. The temperature was 70-72 degrees, humidity at a respectable 45. Air flow was excellent as the light was in the middle of the basement. Soil medium. Water ph was consistently brought to 6.8. After two weeks there was no growth to speak of and the tips were now damaged. It turned out after doing some research (I wish I would have discovered this site back then) that there was a deficiency in nitrogen and phosphorus. I remembered I bought my back of dirt from K-Mart, you know-the stuff for plants and shubs. I went into the garage to see what the NPK values were. To my horror, it was .02%-.06%-.02%. Oops. My problem was a lack of nitrogen. To fix the problem I simply got rid of the plants and started over with FoxFarm Organic Potting Soil. Today my plants are 5 weeks old and have an average of 35 beautifully green leaves. Trying to save/cut costs happen to cost me alot more!!
