For the past 2 years I've always ordered from Attitude but this time, EDIT was cheaper so I thought I'd give them a shot. Here's a list of my problems:

1. Partial backorder. They sent what they had, and I waited an additional week for the balance. The web site is supposed to notify you when they are out of stock.

2. They arrived quickly and safely.

3. They were supposed to send 2 warlock seeds for each $75 ordered. I was supposed to get 6 seeds, they only sent 2. I emailed them nicely, they never responded.

4. The seeds (2 ten packs from Sweet Seeds) were outdated by 9 months. Another wards, they were 9 months past there expiration on the back of the packs.

I'm still not sure they will sprout. AVOID EDIT for your seed purchases and stick with Attitude- they are the best!

After forwarding the above note to EDIT, I heard from James in customer service. Here's his response summed up:

1. The 2 freebie seeds were for an order placed only for seeds totaling up over 50 euro (or whatever the amount was/is). I still disagree but if I'm wrong, the wording on the web site is confusing. They offered to send along a few more seeds which I appreciate, but I declined because it wasn't about getting the freebies. The offer was only good if I changed or deleted the above post.

2. He's claiming the date on the back of the seed pack is the harvest date, not the expiration date. Again, I'm not sure what the truth is because some company's DO place an expiration on the back, just like this. I guess I'll see what's up when I sprout them in a few weeks.


So, I may have been rash with EDIT and to their credit, they did respond and tried to make it right. I got what I ordered otherwise, quickly and safely. They were cheaper than Attitude, especially on shipping and their selection is QUITE large. Don't be afraid to place an order with them- I think I just had some bad luck and misunderstanding- you should be fine!

Glad you got it sorted dude, I would have to agree that the customer service is good, I had a problem with em when ordering my beans (turns out it was my bad, but whatever), but my point is they were actually really responsive, customer service emailed and phoned me 3 times to help sort it out, so ill give them their props.
And dude you showed some backbone by not taking the freebies they offered, more than I did anyway, lol, I took those bad boys straight hehe!
But all in all I would have to agree, mistakes happen whether its the buyer or seller at fault, these guys go out of their way to sort it out for ya though, they will be keeping my custom as all my stuff DID come safe and sound...plus I love my glass and they got some awesome pipes!

A while ago i ordered some Greenhouse White Widow seeds from EDIT. Then i got an email saying that they were on back order so i emailed them back and requested to change my order to amnesia lemon since im not very patient. They sent me the amnesia seeds, along with a free grinder and papers! Well yesterday i checked my mail and had a package from europe... thats odd i didn't place any orders... It was my white widow seeds too!

I don't know if it was a mistake on their part or they wanted to please me and get a return customer but throughout the whole process they were awesome with quick replies and great customer service. I also recieved my package in 4 days in eastern US from the date being sent out!

EDIT is a pure joke.... All they do is lie and give excuses. I have been waiting 2 months for an order.... They finally sent me an email telling me my order was dispatched. Tracking number doesn't show shit 2 weeks later. AVOID EDIT AVOID EDIT well unless you like flushing money down the toilet and waiting and waiting and still waiting.

States are the only ones that have trouble (me) EDIT seems fine for UK orders but if you live in the states they will pretty much not give a shit about you.

I think the above is true, only more so with the seed banks out of Canada. Mark Emery was ripping U.S. customers for many years and BCBuddepot has a terrible reputation too. They generally hate Americans (I said generally, not always).......... I think EDIT deserves more credit- I ordered numerous times (bongs, smoking stuff, etc.) and never had an issue.

This kinda happened to me a while back aswell, they actually refunded the money and sent aternative seeds for free basically.

Surely it's just that it's obviously far easier to send orders within the UK as there are no legal issues and you can pretty much guarantee next day delivery for a £1 or so? There are bound to be more complaints about orders to the U.S. from EDIT (and the other UK companies) as there is far more a likelihood of something going wrong.

Well, I just placed an ordered for some smoking accessories, about $125. They were out of a cheap $5 pipe and were going to hold the whole order up for 10+ days until this single piece (out of 10 or more) came back in stock. That's crazy........... We'll see if they understand "give me ANYTHING else" as a replacement so not to hold up the order any further!

What am I missing here? When you place an order and an item is out of stock the order gets held. That's how it works, unless you authorize the order to be split and agree to double international shipping. Or would you rather they just send out what they have for the customer to find the $5 item missing and get pissy about it.

I took them 2 weeks from my order date to ship 2 of 3 parts of my order that were in stock and another week to ship 3 of 3 to me in the states. My experience was not positive.

I guess my point is they have an inventory system on the web site- that should be up to date and tell you if they are in stock or not........... now my single backordered piece won't be back in stock til Feb. 3- I asked them to cancel the piece- they shipped the order and will send the piece along in Feb. They seem to do what they want, not matter what you ask. I still like them, I still order from them and am not trying to be a complainer. They have gone out of their way to be nice about it. But, communication and customer service is not their strong point....

dude ive ordered from everyonedoesit.com and It says my order is still being processed but they already took my money and I havnt heard from any response to my emails in a week already

Ask for a refund and avoid them in the future. I emailed them for 1 month straight almost daily and they had a new excuse everyday that was laughable. I have sadly placed 3 orders in the past and somehow all orders were out of stock due to popular demand. Still.. they charged me. That is a joke

Are you guys in the states or the UK, in the UK EDIT offers pretty damn good service every time.
i was gunna say i live in england ande get very good customer service, dont be quick to hate lol they even sent me a free volcano vaporizer when i ordered a shisha but somehow i think that was an accident as it had someone elses order form init lol, good for me anyway
