Estimated Yield of 6 plant SoG

I am planning an Ebb & Flow Hydroponic grow area of 3' x 3'. I will be using 600 watt (MH/HPS) lights for Veg and Flowering respectively. I will be starting the plants from feminized seeds obtained by Dutch Passion. The seed specifications suggest a dry yield of 300 - 400 grams per square meter.

Any idea if the yield will be more or less due to the use of SoG?

Also, any idea as to what I might expect to yield per plant with this set-up?

6-9 oz is pretty safe if your gonna only use 6 plants. But if you use 5"x5" 1 gallon pots square pots, then you can fit 4 pots per sq. foot of 36 plants on a 3'x3' table. Under a 600 watt lamp, it would be easy to pull an ounce from each plant so....36 oz's or over 2 pds.

I can get an easy one ounce from 1 gallon pots? I'm not saying it's impossible, I've just never done this before. I wanna be 100% sure before I spend the money. How would using a 2 gallon or 5 gallon pots change the way my plants grow and what they yield? I understand the use of 1 gallon pots for small spaces with SoG, I'm just curious what the other differences are, if any. Thanks for your input so far.

i just pulled 3 NL plants outa my 6oow box...yielded avg 26g/plant in 1 gal grow bags with 2.3 week veg time...so yeah you can pulla zip off a 1 gal ...those were seed plants to, not clones.

Dude my last 3 harvests from my cfl pc case with autoflowers all yielded an oz dry per plant I imagine with hps if.you can't pull a couple oz. Per plant I would think its. Waste
