Epsom Salts - GOOD OR BAD?

I have 2 stunted plants and 5 healthy plants in the same reservoir.

Is it fine for the healthy plants to get the magnesium from the epsom salts even though they are already nice n healhty?

or should I put the stunted plants in a new reservoir with their own epsom salt?
