I was refuting the OP's MOST claim. I never denied that SOME growers were inclined to grow as a result of the changing of the law in their respective states. And I most certainly never referenced 'every single single person.'

As such, your conclusion regarding what I 'seem to think' is speculation, and not very accurate speculation.

Where I am from is irrelevant. When I go through new posts, I select threads based on the topic of the threads. If it is interesting, I enter the thread. I care not which section it is located.

Had your thread been entitled, "Michigan Growers: Entrapment," I would have passed it by. In fact, if the original post in the thread mentioned Michigan at all, I might have passed on without commenting on your drivel.

So if you do not wish to contaminate your PRECIOUS thread with interlopers, I suggest you tailor your thread titles to your target audience.

I would have to agree with smoke. I live in michigan and there are a lot of sketchy things going on rite now. I know a lot of people that didn't even smoke until the law was passed. now they grow so in a way it does seem as though they wouldn't have done it if it were illegal.

The only reason that I am growing is because it is legal.

The gray shade of that legality is another story. I now carry bud on me pretty much wherever I go, something that I would never do without that card in my pocket. I have had to show my card to cops on two occasions, and fortunately it went exactly how it was supposed to, with the cops being totally cool about it. One of the times was rather funny. I was in line for a concert outside of a small club in downtown ann arbor, and one of the cops on the street smelled it from about 5 feet away. I showed him and his partner my card and my bud, we talked briefly, and they said be safe, and that was it. I didn't realize how truly amazing that was until later that night. If you would have asked me 5 years ago to predict the future, showing a couple cops the weed that grew, and walking away, is something I sure as shit wouldn't have said I'd be doing.

Even if it is a false security blanket, I find it mighty comfy.
