Enough light???

I am using 1 45 watt cfl, 4 23watt cfl's, and 1 13 watt cfl. I also have a set of t12 40 watt flour tubes. Is this enough for veg growth? Flowering?

damn should really lay off the smoke. I started four plants hoping to get one. I started about a week ago, and three shot up through some pelets. will put some pics later.
