If your budget can stand it, go for the new SmartLamp LEDs. Théorème Innovation Inc. You should be able to find them online.
The model to look for is the new TI-Smartlamp 600 with ProBloom. There the same as a 600 watt hps but 35% of the electricty and lots less heat.
