Emergency Flush Question

plants don't poop out nutrients, the reason they turn yellow and fade at the end is because people pump them full of bloom nutes and then starve it for 2 weeks and then tell everyone else to do it. If it is balanced and fed properly until the end, it should be green and healthy and LEECHING is not necessary. What you plan on doing by cutting and putting into water is not going to nothing but waste your time.
Not trying to argue...but go over to "sub cools" organics section of the site n tell them ppl ur plants not supposed to fade at the end of its cycle....its supposed to fade

You have 2 options-- uproot the plant and shake off the soil & rince the roots-- then put in the DWC bucket-- Water & carbs only.... change the water 3x the 1st day, 2x the next day and 1x the 3rd day... otherwise, the remaining soil attached to the roots mucks up the works....

IF you choose to chop it 1st--- be CERTAIN that she is already well hydrated and NOT about to wilt-- or she will!!!
DO NOT to separate branches because the main is USED to transporting the water & nutes to the rest of the plant..
change the water every day and flush at least 3 days.. especially with MG.. or it may be pretty be harsh or even smell like hay when dry....

Done it a lot in the past in our 'early years' of growing- and it works well !

different way of growing, they are using organic soil and if they were doing it 100% correctly, they would continue to feed the microbes they created and wouldn't have that fade. But your gonna believe whatever this lady Z tells you, a bunch of forum B.S.

Two points to consider: Does flushing and curing remove more chlorophyll and nutrients than curing alone,
and are we loosing any potential weight or potency from the reduced "Photosynthetic potential."

If it does remove more chlorophyll then i would rather that than a tiny bit more weight.
