well i always worried about this pretty shitty to hear anyways i dont think swerve would rat out anyone just because of dislike for them. i think the location being in indiana was the main mistake of elite i always wondered why he was not based in california.

I wouldn't blame swerve. This has been a long time coming. Elite has been operating on borrowed time for awhile. Selling to anyone and everyone in the US was asking for trouble. No matter how much it helped us all out.
He slipped and got busted. Having the money sent to the house that he's growing the seeds in to distribute, which is the same house you live in and using real names, using the mail service, etc. Christ, seems like he'd have multiple addresses. At least do the growing in a different house, not the one you deal from and live in.
This sucks, I liked dealing with elite.

Elite was bold I thought that laura wass was a dummy name and the guy knew some chick in Indiana but lived in Cali... I'd hate to see anybody do Fed time. Crazy selling beans, growing 100 plants, and getting money order for said beans delivered to the same address. crazy man. People can say what they wil about his breeding practices but he did offer 25 % of for cali medical patients more than i can say for most bean companys.
so once again do some research before whom ever the fuck said i had anything to do with that guy... i think more than one apology is in order...blamming me for shit... wtf guys... i25% to med patients is crap. i offer over 50% thats how it should be done. but eitherway it sux for the cause. but man be a bit smarter people..

In the end, I have to to agree with Swerve. Elite seemed pretty retarded. He used his GF's real name and real address to send shit out. He also was a god damn lier telling people he was legally allowed to produce these seeds. I knew he was full of shit from the start and I mentioned it a few times on other forums. Regardless if elite's shit was good or not he violated peoples' trust and put them in potential legal harm. That is simply ridiculous and irresponsible.
I hope no one that ordered from this guy gets busted....I know I'd be freaking out right now if I were one of these people.

. I don't but maybe I have a bit of decency, but in my book when you dog someone out for no good reason you usually admit fault and are at least apologetic about it. Swerve didn't bother anyone here nor start any shit. He just added a rebuttal when someone called him out. It all seems rather shady to me. IMO Y'all should be mad at elite right now... He fucked a lot of people out of money and put people in potential legal harm (granted it seems he was shipping his shit out and got busted which is totally out of his control)...Still he lied to people and gained their trust with that lie. To me that is kind of shady. He also didn't seem like all too bright of a guy, fleeing from a warrant....setting up an illegal seed ring...and publicizing it heavily...I don't know if I were him and I bounced on a serious warrant you just get the fuck out of town lay low and bounce out of the country. You don't setup something as high profile as a seed ring and assume you won't be sent back to jail for good. I can't say I feel all too bad for him.
